I know this is common is some other locations but really NY is already a high tax city as it is. (Sarcasm on) Maybe this just goes to show that cities do not work and we should dismantle them, (Sarcasm off).

They are coming up with new taxes by the day.Any and everything to to take the last few pennies a person has left! Me thinks its time for a change a big one!
