I am quite sure many of you may have see this and or have heard about it by now, as a former business owner myself I know how hard it is and the sacrifice it takes and no one sure as hell helped me. It really ticks me off where the president can work up the gall and call people out like that especially when his private sector experience is less that a 10 year old selling kool aid on the street corner. Government produces nothing period, they consume what others make only, hell they cant run the mail, trains and soon to be healthcare, government is only funded by private business and the people by taxes, those taxes do not magically appear out of thin are they are created by hard work and it sure isn't government hard work.

If while watching this video it does not make you sick to your stomach then I hate to say it but you may be part of the problem. This while having been done by a Democrat would be just as bad having been instituted by a Republican. The point I take away from this is that how far we have degraded ourselves as a society and how far we have slipped into a blind darkness, there is no one to blame but ourselves. I am so reminded of the following quote:

TSA To the Prom?

     We have all come to expect to see the TSA or Transportation Security Administration at our airports and some train station,  bus stations, sporting events and many people have strong feelings for and against this right?

Well we may  have a new location to add to the mix, you child's Prom?

 No one will argue that some level of security is called for in ones travel but at what point do we draw the line between security and flat out absurdity. Recently the school system wanted  TSA certified people  to be involved in the security of a Santa Fe New Mexico high school prom, now this is either an indication of ineptness on  the part of  local authorities or an ever increasing case of authoritarian control being imposed upon us one slice at a time.

I have ZERO respect for the TSA and their thuggish and demeaning ways and some states are beginning to agree as state legislation now being proposed would allow for the arrest of TSA agents for what amounts to sexual assault. They should also arrest for general stupidity on the part of the public for putting up with it in the first place. I would in no way, shape or form allow a grown man to grope me, my wife or especially my child and I hold those who do in the lowest form possible, HOW CAN YOU SUBJECT YOUR CHILDREN TO THAT.

     Wrong is Wrong and putting a badge on a person and calling it necessary for security DOES NOT MAKE IT RIGHT!!

I have news for you, the TSA fails every single day, they are tested every single day by agencies that are tasked with breaching security, the TSA is all window dressing to make people think they are safe, you are not safe, you will never be safe, Life is not safe. To exist on this planet you must accept a level risk and then deal with it.

Your safety resides in you as well as morals and dignity, don't ever sacrifice them for a false security.

Another article here well worth the time to read as it goes into detail with respect to our Government spending us into oblivion. It can not be emphasized enough that the Government must live within it's means and it has not done so in a long time hence the position we are in. You do not have to go very far to see how many cities or entire states are flat broke and there will be a point very soon to where they can no longer borrow money to pay for things they shouldn't have promised in the first place.

 First of Mr. Simpson you sorry son of a bitch if you and your fellow Republicans and Democrats would get your damn hands out of the social security fund we would have a lot less problems, granted social security should never have been implemented in the first place due to the face that you eventually have more payouts then deposits and it does not include rates of inflation but the biggest problem it that you won't leave it the hell alone. I am far from collecting SS and I know without the shadow of a doubt that I will never see a dime of the money I have paid in and neither will a lot of other people but your sorry backside will be long dead and buried ( natural causes ) before I retire so I guess you will get away with it. 

I wonder how it feels to sit up in that powerful chair of yours and look down on us little people who actually work for a living and screw us in front of God and everyone and do it with a straight face. Prick, every single one of you.

Great just what we need,  Napolitano is a failure, she has failed as a Governor when she ran Arizona, she has failed as the head of DHS and now she wants to give advice to another country on how to secure a border, get real. Over the years this woman has flat out refused to take control of our borders due to politics as usual. It galls me that someone would take such an important job and then purposely fail at it, oh wait I forgot that's politics.

Crescent City Connection blockade lawsuit in federal court comes to an end

A federal judge has thrown out all remaining constitutional claims in a lawsuit against Gretna and Jefferson Parish law enforcement agencies for their decision to block stranded people from walking across the Crescent City Connection to the unflooded West Bank after Hurricane Katrina. You all remember the major Cluster F&%$ that happened down in New Orleans a few years ago? Well some of the last lawsuits have been going through with respect to the incident on the bridge where law enforcement denied entry to high and dry ground. Right, Wrong, Ugly or Whatever your thoughts are on the subject it only stresses a point I have made in the past and that is you and you alone are responsible for your safety and life. The words "To protest and serve" are just that, words!  When the feces hits the fan such as in this case I would hope that you would be long gone out of the affected area and not have to endure what happened throughout the whole ordeal, one heck of a lot of things went down the wrong way in that catastrophe and that means normal rules do not apply and under those circumstances you need to do what you have to when you have to in order to survive.

In they article they site adverse health affects that can sometimes happen well how about the government approved drugs that have killed people too, I think the real burr is that the drug companies don't own the natural ones.  If I want to put something into my body that's my decision so long as it does not affect anyone else. The principal of a public school in Brookline, Mass., is asking parents to fill out permission slips before their children can participate in a weekly recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance.

The first sentence pretty much summed it up for me showing the level we have stooped to in our society. We are as a nation no longer whole, we are splintered, fractured, we have lost our unity. When we have an issue of contention over the pledge of allegiance I fear that we are far down the path to destruction divisiveness and destruction . 

Oswego County Undersheriff: Forming a militia is illegal in NY

Hannibal (WSYR-TV) - Oswego County's Undersheriff is telling a group of Hannibal residents to back off on the militia-talk. The group is in the early stages of forming something called the "Hannibal Militia," which held its first meeting on Friday.

I wonder if the Undersheriff is feeling like they might show him up or something ,  you would think that he would be appreciative of the help. 

Undersheriff Bob Lighthall was among those at the meeting, where he delivered a stern warning to the attendees that forming a militia is illegal.

Illegal my backside, I would love to hear a rebuttal from one of out founding fathers on this one. OK to use the term neighborhood watch but Militia is a no no. Scared of a word now are we, well tough get used to it and while your at it crack a book and do a little studying, wait that would be too easy i forgot common sense like Elvis has left the building.

The Red Cross bans Christmas

Christine Banks, a volunteer at a Red Cross shop in New Romney, Kent, said: 'We put up a nativity scene in the window and were told to take it out. It seems we can't have anything that means Christmas. We're allowed to have some tinsel but that's it.

'When we asked we were told it is because we must not upset Muslim's.'

I try to not delve into religion very often, I believe to each  their own and as long as what you believe does not interfere with what I believe we will be fine. But I am now OFFENDED that you are OFFENDED because of a long standing tradition is now taboo, it is one religion bowing to another. How many Christians donate to the red cross, many. Well Guess what Red cross you are going to alienate many of the people who donate to you and who is it going to hurt? The people who really need it the most. I could understand not having any decorations if this was the way you always ran the operation but it is not, you are not neutral as you have now bowed down to a religion that would have us all back in the stone age, SHAME ON YOU .

PORTLAND, Ore. – A California mother of two and The Center for Science in the Public Interest are suing McDonald's Corp. to get the fast-food chain to stop using toys to market meals to young children.

OK so lets shut down the TV stations too who show the adds, lets shut down the printers who make the posters, Lets shut down the sign makers who make the arches.






They say McDonald's is violating several consumer protection laws by marketing its Happy Meals directly to young children because it exploits children's vulnerability.



OK then why have the Managers of the store not been arrested, why not the worked who sold the happy meal, where are the authorities.

"What kids see as a fun toy, I now realize is a sophisticated, high-tech marketing scheme that's designed to put McDonald's between me and my daughters," said Monet Parham, of Sacramento, Calif. "For the sake of other parents and their children, I want McDonald's to stop interfering with my family."

"Between me and my daughters" Hogwash you sorry excuse for a parent, the person that should be between your kids and McDonald's is your sorry excuse for a role model and parent, Do your kids control you, are you that weak that you have to let your kids eat there in the first place, learn the word NO!!!! Protesting students, Royal car attack, security = F-

     I am sure that by now most of you have heard that students are going nuts over in England because they are being asked to pay for their education, what a novel concept paying for something that you use, how dare someone charge me for providing a service.

     Well it would seem these snot nose punks have decided to follow the time honored tradition of if I can't have it my way then I will loot, burn, destroy or injure someone , wonderful concept kids. Lets destroy stuff that will cost money to repair or replace, that will be money that you can bet will not go to education, costing you stupid students even more money to go to school.

       The royal family got the royal treatment also from students who happened to catch Prince Charles and Camilla heading to catch a show. Now you would think that the protection of the royal family would be pretty good yeah not so much apparently. It boggles the mind to think that the driver would actually take them on a route that goes through an ongoing riot, hello riot here!! To add insult to injury another security flaw that happened was that a window had been left down partially or broken as I have seen different reports on this but either way a screw up. During one video you could hear "off with their heads" my I think someone was a little mad, I also say where it was reported that Camilla was actually assaulted with a stick through the aforementioned window opening, Here in the US you can get shot for a hell of a lot less. I for one would want a change in security people if it were me.

What I take away from this is first of all do not drive through a riot of upset students, and if you do make sure the windows are up and the doors are locked. Last but not least if someone gets through a window and is assaulting your wife then shoot the bastard and then beat the hell out of yourself for being in that position in the first place....

Stupidity and learning

     Stupidity can be a valuable learning tool I believe, to me it goes right along with learning from your mistakes, it's how we grow and learn. You could say we also become less stupid, either that or dead.

     One correlation that seems to to be pretty constant (but not always)  has to do with age, I am sure most of you have heard the term "young, dumb and full of edited" well you know the rest. The point being is that when we are younger we take chances because we think we are bullet proof and physically we pretty much are, in truth really we just did stupid things because we didn't know any better (or thought we knew everything) or had never gotten seriously hurt. I know that's how it worked for me and now I know better, Older and wiser because of the mistakes I did make when I was younger. Today I put a whole lot more thought into almost anything I do, I recognize my mortality and when I think back to some of the work I have done in my past it scares the hell out of me, how I was never seriously injured boggles my mind.

     In almost any setting you have leaders and followers and both are necessary to function. To be a good leader one has to make decisions, they may not always be right but someone has to decide on a course. A good leader will also know how to take direction himself. Another good trait  is to take into consideration the thoughts and opinions of others when and where it is practical and when it is not you need a little finesse in getting people to do things that they do not understand at the moment.

Forming a good working relationship is key to good success and remembering that we have gained experience by doing, making mistakes and by being stupid at some point.
