Prepology: Simple definition, the art of survival and being in control of your future to the extent that you can! Of course it is biased. From a civil liberties standpoint it would be hard to prove it specifically targeted whites however. There is also the medical side which supports the fact that it causes skin cancer. In the end though if it finally pisses off enough whites maybe enough of them will start seeing the light... pun intended :)
