With the laws of supply and demand yes Ammo will be a little scarce.
We are involved in two wars right now that chews up components. Also take into affect various Govt agencies like DHS that are sucking up huge amounts of Ammo for training and those rainy days. One other issue to take into account are some of restrictions put in place on foreign ammo that can no longer be imported into the US, further limiting the available Ammo.... And last but not least is the fact that civilian ammo is and will always be at the bottom of the available food chain, I.E. Military and L.E. / Govt will always get theirs first.
