I have 2 sites here that are keeping up with the S510 food safety Modernization act. I am very much against the .Gov getting into my food supply for many reasons the biggest being that they screw up everything they touch. I spent 10+years in the food industry and I do not mean the MCD's or BK. So do the big companies make mistakes, yes they do and they do have good programs that minimize this from happening but life is life and stuff happens, Thinking that you can make something 100% safe is a pipe dream. This bill is about control and political payoff that's all.
