Evening China, Hell I bet someone is still collecting royalties from EAP, the problem is if you give to one group then they all want some, screwed either way.
Yeah about that grant that would be one to try and I am sure someone already has tried in one form or another. Christ China I'll bet better than 90% of those elected to congress have never even read the constitution..
As for the fed I hope Ron Paul chews some of their a%$ and makes them look as bad as us few know they are.
