How many of you out there would go thru information withdrawals if the power went out, I know I would, being the news junkie that I am. For me if the power goes out I really want to know if it was the storm 20 miles away or if it was a semi that hit a pole around the corner.
Call it a weather alert radio, tornado alert, or a civil emergency alert system having one with you during an emergency can give you a wealth of information that can help get you thru the situation.

Life comes at us in both a predictable and un-predictable way and while you can shape it to some extent with the decisions that you make we are still just rolling the dice in the big game of life so lets put the odds in your favor.
